Register Account
Step by step to create set up your Kontos accout.
Users can access their Kontos through various terminals, each offering a distinct interface:
Web App: The Web App can be accessed using a browser on both mobile phones and computers, providing a versatile platform for managing Kontos accounts.
Discord Bot: Users can interact with their Kontos account through a specialized bot on Discord. This bot integrates commands within the Discord environment, allowing users to perform account actions directly within the chat interface from any channel in Discord server and the messages with Discord bot are private.
Telegram Bot: Similar to the Discord Bot, the Telegram Bot enables users to manage their Kontos account via Telegram. Users can issue commands through the chat interface to interact with their account.
For both the Discord and Telegram Bots, users have the option to access features through the command line by invoking the embedded Web App. Next, we will demonstrate the process for accessing the Web App.
Register Account with Web App
Open your web browser and navigate to https://wallet.kontos.io/.
For new users, click on the "New Wallet" option to begin the registration process.
Option 1: Continue with Google
Users can continue the registration process by directly signing in with Google, which designates the chosen Gmail account as the main Security Email for their Kontos account. Following this, they can proceed to set their Kontos account name.
During registration, the user can choose a username. Once the system confirms the availability of the username, the process advances to the next step. At this stage, the Security Email can be edited to include additional Gmail accounts if desired.
Subsequently, the user can set a recovery threshold, specifying the number of Gmail accounts required for account recovery. For example, if an account is associated with three Gmail accounts and the threshold is set to two, the participation of any two of these Gmail accounts will be necessary to successfully restore the account.
After configuring the Gmail settings, users can proceed to the next step and confirm the creation of their account by clicking on "Confirm Creation." Following confirmation, users have the option to add an inviter. The Kontos system incorporates a profit-sharing mechanism where, as an inviter, you can earn 10% of transaction fees from your direct invitees and 5% from second-level invitees (those invited by your invitees). This step is optional and can be skipped if preferred. Once this step is completed, the account creation process is finalized.
Option 2: Register Now
When the user opts for the "Register Now" option, they will be directed to set their Kontos account name immediately. Upon completing this step, the user will move to the Security Settings section. Here, the user can choose to set Gmail accounts as the secure emails, allowing for account recovery through emails. Alternatively, the user may set up other Kontos accounts as guardians, with account recovery then being facilitated through the guardians. This setup provides flexibility in how security and recovery processes are managed.

Register Account with Bots in Discord or Telegram
When registering a new Kontos account, you can use the /register command in the Kontos Bot. The registration process is the same on both platforms, so please choose whichever entry point suits you best. Please follow the steps below to complete the sign-up.
Use Bot in Discord
Join the Discord server by following this link: https://discord.gg/zecrey.
Once you are in the server, you can interact with the Bot through command line inputs in any channel. Please note that your interactions with the Bot are private and will only be visible to you.
To proceed, type the command /register and click "Register Now" to navigate to the registration page. The subsequent steps are identical to those used in the Web App.
Use Bot in Telegram
Start a conversation with the Bot by clicking this link: https://t.me/KontosBot.
Once in the conversation, you can begin interacting by sending command line inputs to the Bot.
To proceed, type the command /register and click "Register Now" to navigate to the registration page. The subsequent steps are identical to those used in the Web App.
